Directions and Parking at deBorja Physical Therapy

Located just east of the intersection of 36th Street and Elm Avenue in the Hampden area of Baltimore, MD. Parallel parking and angled public street parking are available on 36th Street.

Parking is metered via curbside payment kiosks on 36th Street, with the current rate at $0.50 per hour. Meter operation begins at 12 pm, and prepayment can start at 10 am. A minimum of $1.00 is required for card payments.

The clinic entrance is on 36th Street between "Mona's Super Noodle" and "Luigi's Italian Deli." After entering, there are 5 stairs with a handrail leading to the waiting area shared with the Pediatrics Practice of Lilia deBorja, MD.

deBorja Physical Therapy is at the end of the hallway and on the right. Upon parking, you can inform the clinic of your arrival by texting them at 410-835-4498. Existing patients can also check-in online through the patient portal obtained during the plan of care scheduling process.
